You'll get the same great Vivere experience whether you choose full-service white glove delivery, our economical standard curbside service, or upgrade your standard service to Room-of-Choice. Please note that our online ordering system currently only ships within the Continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). For online orders with partial items out of stock, we wait to receive all items before shipping the order. If you prefer to receive in-stocked items first, there will be an additional shipping fee.
We offer 3 types of shipping service in the continental U.S. so that you can choose the one that works best for you:
Standard Shipping
Provides delivery to your door (apartment and multi-unit buildings are inside the main entrance) generally in 10 to 28 business days. Small items are shipped via UPS to provide excellent service and easy returns in the event that you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase. Standard shipping (UPS or USPS) of in-stock non-furniture items will arrive in approximately 4-9 business days (Monday through Friday). Larger items are shipped via the common carrier truck service that provides the best service in your area. This option is the most cost effective, but please note that it does not include moving the piece into your residence or office and does not include any assembly. The customer is responsible for unpacking and completing any assembly that is necessary. Our delivery company will contact you within 10 to 28 business days to schedule an appointment to make your delivery. Delivery appointments are available Monday through Friday with hours depending on your area. Saturday deliveries require an additional charge; for a quote please contact us via email.
Local Delivery via Vivere Truck
For customers within the delivery zones of our Vivere stores, delivery will be made with Vivere personnel including professional delivery, unpacking, and assembly in the intended room. *Please note this delivery service does NOT include moving existing furniture or installing any ceiling or wall hanging pieces including lighting, mirrors, art, and floating entertainment consoles. Vivere can often recommend third party installers or you can contact the contractor of your choice for that service. Our delivery department will contact you within to schedule an appointment. Delivery appointments are available Monday through Friday with hours depending on your area.
White Glove Service
White Glove Service delivers the full Vivere experience via our selected 3rd party delivery companies that offer the same professional service outside of our normal delivery areas. *Please note this delivery service does NOT include moving existing furniture or installing any ceiling or wall hanging pieces including lighting, mirrors, art, and floating entertainment consoles. Vivere can often recommend third party installers or you can contact the contractor of your choice for that service. Free Standard Shipping Promotions
Free Shipping during promotion periods includes Standard Shipping on domestic orders. (HI, AK, and PR are excluded.) Clearance products, select oversized or fragile items, Special Orders placed through the stores, and products that are deemed to require full service delivery are excluded from Free Shipping promotions. Free Shipping cannot be combined with other discount offers. Full Service Delivery is also available during these promotion periods at a reduced rate. See your shopping cart for pricing. Please note that additional discounts may be available through our showrooms on stock and special order products. When additional discounts are applied to any order in the store, the Free Shipping promotion is not available.
